1. Program Description

Carbon Network Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") operates an SMS communications program to send transactional and service-related text messages to clients and contacts who have opted in. Messages may include:

  • Service appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Project status updates and milestone notifications
  • Support follow-up communications
  • Billing and invoice notifications
  • Critical infrastructure alerts (for managed service clients)

We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. All SMS messages are transactional and directly related to your existing engagement with Carbon Network Solutions.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by one of the following methods:

  • Providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our contact form or client intake form
  • Verbally or in writing confirming your consent during the onboarding process
  • Texting START to our designated SMS number after receiving an initial opt-in invitation

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Carbon Network Solutions at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

3. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Carbon Network Solutions.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your active engagement with Carbon Network Solutions. Typically, you can expect no more than 1–4 messages per month. During active project phases or incidents, the frequency may be higher as needed to keep you informed.

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier SMS rates will apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Carbon Network Solutions does not charge any additional fee for SMS communications.

Please check with your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Coverage and delivery may vary by carrier and location.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. SMS Technology Provider

SMS messages are delivered through Telnyx LLC, our licensed telecommunications carrier and SMS platform provider. Telnyx transmits messages on our behalf and is bound by applicable telecommunications regulations including TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

9. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and any information you provide in connection with our SMS program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
